Should you miss a dose during your Amoxicillin treatment take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for the next dose while you are taking 2 daily doses, take the missed dose and the next one 5 to 6 hours later. If you are taking 3 doses a day, take the missed dose and the next one 2 to 4 hours later. Then you should return to your regular schedule.
